Our little love turned two this week! And we are so thankful that we are able to celebrate another year of her life. Last year I didn’t even know if we would be celebrating her first birthday, much less her second. I would try not to look too far into the future, only seeing a few months ahead instead of a lifetime. But here we are, another year, another birthday. Things still aren’t official, but things are looking very good. So of course I wanted to celebrate and throw her the best party of her little life. So I did. We made our backyard into an “Enchanted Forest”. We had a teepee and fairy wands, there were animal masks, bubbles and owls everywhere. I made her fox ears and a tail that she loved and wore all day. We had popcorn and fresh pretzels, bruschetta, homemade oreos and all kinds of sweets. We had delicious homemade pie from our friend Rachel, she made big ones for the adults and the cutest mini pies for the kids. It was such a fun day. Her best friends filled the backyard and ours did too. We are so grateful for all of our friends who have poured so much love into her, not only on her birthday but on her whole life. She loved every minute of the party, and I did too. Here are lots of photos from the special day, but this isn’t even half of them!
